To maintain physical fitness, good health and self discipline, OGAWA organized a sport activities during weekend.


Playing sports helps them stay in shape, teaches them how to organize their time, boosts friendships, and builds relationships or unity.


Physical exercise is good for mind, body and spirit. Furthermore, team sports are also good for learning accountability, dedication and leadership, among many other traits. Putting it all together by playing a sport is a winning combination.


Sport participation has many mental health benefits including increased focus, greater ability to work with others, and a potential boost of self-confidence.
